Herbalife has just announced a game-changing move, signing a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire 100% of the assets of Pro2col Health LLC and Pruvit Ventures, Inc., alongside a 51% controlling ownership interest in Link BioSciences Inc. This strategic acquisition, set to finalize in Q2 2025, promises to redefine personalized nutrition and expand opportunities for health-focused entrepreneurs.

Pro2col Health is bringing a cutting-edge digital health application to the table. This platform leverages individual biometrics to deliver tailored nutrition recommendations, empowering users to lead healthier, more active lives with customized wellness protocols. Paired with this, Link BioSciences offers advanced manufacturing capabilities, using proprietary technology to analyze biometrics, biomarkers, lifestyle data, and even DNA. The result? Highly personalized nutritional supplements designed to meet individual needs.

“This acquisition is a bold step toward modernizing our business,” said Stephan Gratziani, President and incoming CEO of the acquiring company. “By integrating Pro2col’s digital technology and Link BioSciences’ manufacturing expertise, we’re equipping our distributors with innovative tools to grow their customer base through a unique health and wellness platform.”
The rollout plan is already in motion. A beta version of the Pro2col platform will launch for select U.S. distributors in Q3 2025, with a full U.S. release following in Q4 2025. Expansion into additional markets is slated to begin in 2026, promising a global impact.

Meanwhile, Pruvit Ventures,  known for its patented ketone supplements, adds another layer to this acquisition. With a network of approximately 19,000 independent distributors and a presence in 37 countries, Pruvit will operate independently for up to two years. During this transition, its ketone-based products will become available through the acquiring company, broadening its wellness offerings.
